Haley Kalous
Project Coordinator
Haley applies a suite of practices and tools to keep Silvermark projects on track. She enjoys the collaborative approach taken within the team and supporting clients to solve problems together. Haley is a keen researcher who has developed her sector knowledge by researching the formation of long-term care, age-friendly communities, and dementia-friendly initiatives.
Her love of history and her commitment to purpose-driven projects make for a winning contributor to the Silvermark team. Currently, Haley is growing her skills through the study of knowledge transfer and mobilization. Haley enjoys taking advantage of living in Western Canada by visiting the mountains and walks her dog, Marley, daily.
