Paul brings the Silver to Silvermark. He is passionate about motivating and mentoring others and believes there is nothing more important in life than having a positive attitude. He is known for his ability to “see solutions” by applying his career and life experience to the team. With extensive business development experience in B2C and B2B settings he understands the challenges our customers face and those they are aiming to serve. As the youngest in a large family,
he has watched his older siblings transition into long-term care; oftentimes losing the opportunity to live the life they love. He knows there’s a better way and wants to help shape the choices available to older adults. Paul’s most fulfilling role is as grandfather to Evan and Nora and he’s happy to have been hired by his daughter as Silvermark’s CXO.
