With over 25 years of experience in both public and private healthcare, Margot brings a unique perspective to working with individuals, caregivers, groups, and businesses. She applies her expertise in occupational therapy, gerontology, universal design, adult learning, and system navigation to her passion for promoting social inclusion in the roles and environments that are most meaningful to individuals.

As the founder of Inclusive Aging, she serves as a speaker and educator in aging-in-place, accessibility and patient navigation. Margot is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) and Home Modification Occupational Therapy Alliance (HMOTA).
