Carolyn is the former Director of Long-term Care and Community Support Services for a large Ontario municipality and holds a Fellowship with the Canadian College of Health Leaders. As an experienced project leader and facilitator, she applies her expertise in program design and delivery, care models, and multisite management to business planning, strategic planning,
capital development planning, and dementia care models and design. Carolyn guided the Kenora Chiefs Advisory in their development of Wiigwas Elder and Senior Care ultimately providing the sector with a new precedent in culturally appropriate care.
